To whom it may concern:

I understand that the W3C is trying to pass a law that will allow someone to charge a fee for use of internet files.  I do not know all the details yet, however, I will no longer be able to use the internet if  this happens.  I have already invested thousands of dollars in my computers to keep up-to-date.  And I pay forty dollars a month to have a connection to the net.  I am not a rich man, if too much more is added, Dell, AT&T, Microsoft, and other companies will loose my business as well as the support of others.  Not to mention, the companies that do their business solely online.  

This plan needs to be carefully thought through.  It appears that in the long run, it will do more harm then good.
