What is the W3C's reason for passing a bill to tax on internet use? You do not think people of the United States of America are already taxed enough? You do not think the people of the United States have too much government control in their lives already? Wake up! Another tax!? Sure, that is what the people of this great nation need. Stop thinking with your greedy minds for a second and let the people of the world enjoy this great tool without another expense added.
