Please find other ways to generate revenue.

The web is the only contact that some people have
 with the world beyond their own daily life.
To put charges on this freedom to communicate freely would defeat the purpose of the internet.
Let the people engoy this freedom to communicate without ANY extra charges.There are allready charges to use the internet.
  I bleive this proposel will greatly defeat purpose the internet was designed for.
 I also belive it will go great harm to the economy of the world.
more charges fewer users.
 Thank you for your time.
