Jerks

Someone is always trying to make the World Wide Web as crummy as everything
else.  You pass this and I for one will never purchase or download anything
from the web anymore.  I can use my PC for plenty without the Internet.
It's bad enough the government is trying to make every purchase taxable, now
you are trying a similar trick.  It stinks!
