The new proposal for allowing patented technologies in web standards is completely against what a open standard is supposed to represent. All this will provide is a larger cash flow to the compaines that already charge through the nose for their software and really don't need more money and less capabilities for the small shop programmers that can not afford to buy the rights to use the patanted open standards. Does this really make any sense to any of you or is this just another pay off by the big companies that support your finincials???? __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
