WC3 Patent Policy

In  order for the WC3 to have truly open, consistent and fair standards, I
do not think that patented recommendations should be allowed.

The underlying structure of the WC3  is MATH. Math must not be patented.
There has been far too much foolishness in the patent office in the last few
years as it is.
