Interesting... ... so the W3C wants Royalties for Standards they create? ... so it would be time to replace the W3C with something more handy, I guess, companies like AOL, Microsoft and Oracle will build an own group and make their own standards - which they actually do, every one by its own, making the Internet more and more cluttered.
