Regarding the deadlines and Timelimits. The fact is that most normal folks wouldn't had a chance to comment on this because the deadline was over about the exact time they were aware comments were being asked. (just look at the date on this email, I didn't find out until today.) This is bad. And you need to change that. Unless your intent was to not have anyone know and just pass what ever you want regardless if anyone opposed you. You can add me to the list of folks that support Alan Cox. I do not support RAND in any way at all. I am tired of the greedy ruining everything for everyone. They could almost be considered terrorists themselves. If you allow garbage like this, I question your validity as an organization. If you don't allow a decent amount of feedback then you should really be looking in the mirror when the www is ruined.
