P3P Header Problem.

Ok i am creating a program the that will use a site that has P3P  
enabled on it. the header i get form the server is:
P3P=policyref="http://p3p.yahoo.com/w3c/p3p.xml", CP="CAO DSP COR CUR  
ADM DEV TAI PSA PSD IVAi IVDi CONi TELo OTPi OUR DELi SAMi OTRi UNRi  
PUBi IND PHY ONL UNI PUR FIN COM NAV INT DEM CNT STA POL HEA PRE GOV"

I am looking for the proper header to send back. I have gotten quite  
confused at the website. If anybody could give me the proper the  
format. that would be great. I understand what each item in the CP  
list is. I just cannot figure out the response to this. I do know  
that the P3P here returns cookies.
