NIMAS/DAISY guidelines for MathML published

DAISY just published an update to their "structure guidelines" for MathML.
While DAISY is concerned about accessibility, the structure guidelines are
very general and with real life examples from textbooks such as how to deal
with elementary math and mix math and text.  The guidelines can be found at:
