Sorry we haven't replied individually to the later ones.
We need to just work through what was intended and if there problems 
with the rewrite rules to strict whether they are just in the spec or 
also in the implementations we have of those rewrites.

So please don't take silence as lack of interest, and if you have more 
comments, please don't hesitate to send them along (not too many more 
bugs I hope:-)

We'll post an updated errata page as soon as possible,
