Href (was Re: MathML 3.0 Recommendation)

In light of 

1) the fact that xlink:href support in MathML has been broken in Gecko, seemingly forever

2) the MathML 3 Spec adds an href attribute to the language

should itex2MML stop emitting @xlink:href in favour of emitting @href?
