distance learning and/or investigate multilingual and multicultural
issues of online math, especially the localization of content markup.

technologies for teaching mathematics to exchange experience with, and
gain insight into, the best available tools for mathematics education.

Topics of interest include but are not limited to:

     * Software supported testing and assessment in mathematics
     * Repositories of didactical material for online learning of
       mathematics and the sciences
     * Case studies and success stories of e-learning in mathematics
     * E-learning of mathematics in applied sciences
     * Multilingual aspects in e-mathematics
     * Data formats and communication protocols for mathematics
       in e-learning
     * Intellectual property rights of e-learning materials
       in mathematics
     * Policy issues in cross-cultural re-use of e-learning materials
       in mathematics

The Conference program will consist of contributed and invited
presentations with demonstrations of software and posters as part
