Universal stylesheet problems with IE6

Has the universal stylesheet been changed to not prompt for downloads of
MathPlayer anymore?

When I visit http://www.w3.org/Math/XSL/pmathml2.xml in IE6, it's giving
me the CSS/js version instead of prompting to download MathPlayer.

This is IE6.0.2800.1106.xpsp2.030422-1633 under WinXP
