Possible errors in XHTML 1.1 + MathML 2.0 DTD

I've found some errors (?) in XHTML 1.1 + MathML 2.0 DTD [1]:

o '%xhtml-arch.mod;' is included, but it should be ignored [2].

o 'dir' attribute of 'bdo' element shuold be '#REQUIRED'.

o Any HTML elements, excluding 'html' element, don't have 'xmlns' attribute.
  Why '%Core.attrib;' doesn't include '%XHTML.xmlns.attrib;'?
  '%NamespaceDecl.attrib;' is empty by default.

o The system identifier of XHTML 1.1 DTD is described as 'XHTML11.dtd',
but the file isn't found at original directory.
Actually, this system identifier doesn't work on this flattened DTD,
but this may cause a parsing error (without SGML open catalog).

Are these indeed errors?
