Missing Unicode points

One of my scripts reports that some operators listed in the default
Operator Dictionary do not have Unicode points, i.e., the entities under 
consideration do not appear in the bycodes/byalpha listings.

&NotLessFullEqual;
&NotPrecedesTilde;
&DiacriticalLeftArrow;
&DiacriticalLeftRightArrow;
&DiacriticalLeftRightVector;
&DiacriticalLeftVector;
&DiacriticalRightArrow;
&DiacriticalRightVector;

Also, \parallel is not listed in the default dictionary.
Such a frequent operator should probably be included.
