Building libwww-SSL on Windows

Hi all,

What would be the best way to compile the SSL Libraries for Libwww on 
Windows NT (Since the MSVC "world" worskspace does not include the sssl 
files).  I noticed a few messages on the list, but none with a definite 
answer.
