What's the correct way to cancel a request? I'm using HTRequest_kill() from
within the HTProgress callback and had to hack the library to keep it from Seg
faulting (this shows up in at least Linux and Solaris).

I'm using libwww 5.3.1 on an i686 built with gcc 2.95.2
