The version is 5.3.1 and not 3.5.1. 

Did you compile libwww yourself? I'm a bit confused, as you talk about
making the robot.exe yourself.

I only did a source release this time.

If you're compiling libwww yourself, then libwww.dll should have been
generated from the Makefile. I'm not sure what project should be doing it,
though.

Maybe someone else working under Windows has a better explanation? I'm under
Linux right now.
