There are no CC/PP functionality in libwww as far as I know but the best
way to find out is to ask the question on the <www-lib@w3.org> mailing
list (cc'ed on the reply)

Most of the work on libwww happens because people like to see it happen or
need it for some reason. I don't know whether there are anybody working on
adding this.
