Unable to run Web Robot App

I am using WWWlib 5.2.8 under NT4, and so far haven't been able to
succeed in running the web robot small app that comes with it.

A typical command line that was used:

webbot http://somesite/ -depth 10 -prefix http -vut

As a result i recieved Winsock Error 0, when I used WSAGetLastError()
function to get the actual error code it was 10057 which is unconnected
socket.
I haven't been able to connect to any site, only retrieve local files. I
do suspect that I am not running it properly.

Anyone has any ideas what I did wrong ?
