Humm, look normal, that's strange.
[root@rux /root]# ls -l ~ftp/pub/libwww/cvs-snapshot.tar.gz 
-rw-rw-r--   1 veillard www       1659888 Jan 19 03:30 /rux/u/ftp/pub/libwww/cvs-snapshot.tar.gz
[root@rux /root]# 

One of the last changes is the automatic upgrade of the FTP area from
our AFS space, but it doesn't seems to be the problem.

  I have just done the cvs update manually and it updated half a dozen 
file, I regenerating the tar file right now. I can probably increase the
frequency to 4 times a day ...
