Makefile libwww patch for small libraries on Unix available

If you apply this patch to the latest CVS tree then libwww should now
compile as many small libraries as described in

	http://www.w3.org/Library/User/Guide/

linked from

	http://www.w3.org/Library/User/#Arch

You can get the patch from

	http://www.w3.org/Library/Distribution/libwww-unix.patch.gz

The information on the set of external pacakges that can be used with
libwww has also been updated, see

	http://www.w3.org/Library/External/
