Need support

Hi,
 
I just installed jigsaw2.05.  Step 3 in the readme.txt file produced this
error message:  exception in main thread "main" java.lang.no classdeffound
error: install wrong name.  I am now trying to bring up JigsawAdmin.  I get
a similar message: exception in thread "main"
java.lang.noclassdeffounderror: org/w3c/jigadmin/main
 
Is there a patch for this or did I do something wrong?  Jigsaw is running on
a w98 platform
