setting auth on a file resource.

Hi,

I have just installed Jigsaw 2.0.4 on my NT machine and I followed the 
tutorial on setting up authentication
(http://www.w3.org/Jigsaw/Doc/User/authentication.html). That worked fine 
when applying it to a DirectoryResource, however when I use the same method 
for a FileResource, such as Overview.html in the root directory, it simply 
doesn't work. Can anyone offer some help? I only want to restrict access to 
one page, not a whole directory.
