Missing directories

Jigsaw 2.1.1 - yeah I'm brave :-)

I've been reading through the admin docs on configuring extensions and
properties.  I noticed I do not have the Admin/Properties or the
Admin/Extensions directories.  Where can I find the contents of these
directories or do I need to re-install?
