RemoteAccessException error

I've seen a few other people on this list with a similar problem but theirs' have been attributed to 
trying to use the JDK1.2 with Jigsaw.  I am using 1.1.6 with SDK2.0 and get the RemoteAccessException when I try to add the appropriate frame to my Servlets directory.  Am I missing something stupid or is this a problem with Jigsaw/JDK right now?
