Hi

I've check the socket non closing on Jigsaw shutdown bug as the
SocketException during setTcpNoDelay and it appears it is a bug in the
JDK1.1.1 beta from Digital Unix. Using the Linux JDK 1.1.1 or OSF 1.0.2
(and Jigsaw a4 with this one) correct the bug.

Sorry for all my previous stuff (at least, now, I understand how the
shutdown method of httpd work :-)
