Is w3c.mail package gone from Jigsaw a3?

It was removed from the distribution, becasue I didn't got enough time
to resurect it along with the new mime package (w3c.www.mime). If ever
someone brings it back to life (should not take more then a couple
hours, worse case), let me know, I will resurect it...
