CGIs with Jigsaw?

I set the cgi extension up using the CgiResource.
This is on Solaris.  The first line of the file is #!/bin/ksh
which works with the old httpd server.  With Jigsaw, the browser waits
forever for a reply.
 Are they any special attributes that I must set in order to get this to work?
