No, not member confidential. During IE10 development, we switched our behavior
to the behavior defined in HTML5 (at the time), for which there was some
interop (again, at the time). I would not be in favor of flip-flopping again in
the spec. We will do our best to update to the old IE behavior at some point in
the future :)
