Yes.  And one wonders about Latin-0 (ISO-8859-15) sandwich between the
"very present" (cp-1252) and the "near future" (Unicode).

Regarding the EURO SIGN, one has "nearly Latin-1s" with different
positions:

 cp-1252   : 0x80
 Latin-0     : 0xA4
