The vast majority of web users who simply use the browser included
with their operating system, which is not being enhanced and which comes
from a company pushing an alternative web forms technology (.NET),
and of course all the businesses trying to sell to these people.

(It was the right answer to the original proposal though, as IE support
in core HTML is as likely as IE XForms support.)
