There is no "lack of connection" -- <dt> elements are always associated
with the immediately following <dd>s.

The only problem with the <dl>'s structure is that it is hard to style,
but that is really a limitation off CSS. (And one which I am trying to
solve since it's my module that should solve it -- CSS3 Generated and
Replaced Content. If you have any suggestions, please send them to
www-style@w3.org, as I have not been able to come up with good solutions
so far.)
