XHTML2 <caption> and <summary> elements

Hi,
  I think the <caption> element needs to be moved out of the Table 
collection, since it is not only used within <table>, it is also now 
used of <object>.

  Also the <summary> element, now that it is no longer just an attribute 
of <table>, could be used for providing summarys of <object>s, 
<section>s (maybe?) or even <blockcode>s, etc.

  These could be both moved into a new module pehaps called the 
"Description Module" because both elements describe the contents of 
their parent element.
