Sorry if this is an old one, but is it a bug that when confronted by a
strict DOCTYPE, IE6 doesn't render working scrollbars on elements using a
set width/height and overflow set to 'scroll'?

They work fine when a DOCTYPE is ommited but maybe it's me doing something
wrong?
