If you sent it as text/html, that's normal, as sending XHTML as text/html
is only allowed if the XHTML is XHTML 1.0 and if it complies with the
compatability guidelines.

If you send the doocument as application/xhtml+xml or text/xml it'll work
in both Opera and Mozilla. (IE doesn't support XHTML.)
