Usually when I use a <blockquote> I write also the website or book
informations, like in this example

Nel mezzo del cammin di nostra vita
mi ritrovai per una selva oscura [...]

Dante Alighieri, Divina Commedia

I think that a code like this can be useful
<blockquote>
<p><line>Nel mezzo del cammin di nostra vita</line>
   <line>mi ritrovai per una selva oscura [...]</line></p>

<bibliography><author>Dante Alighieri</author>, <title>Divina
Commedia</title></bibliography>
</blockquote>

or

<blockquote>
<p><line>Nel mezzo del cammin di nostra vita</line>
   <line>mi ritrovai per una selva oscura [...]</line></p>

<bibliography><author>Dante Alighieri</author>, <title>Divina
Commedia</title><url>http://www.divinacommedia.it</url></bibliography>
</blockquote>

obviously we can add more XML tags that describe the bibliography, like
<year>, <publisher>, etc.
url can be useful to explicit automatically the url rendering this:

Nel mezzo del cammin di nostra vita
mi ritrovai per una selva oscura [...]

Dante Alighieri, Divina Commedia <http://www.divinacommedia.it>

What do you think about these proposals?
