I believe the referral was to the fact that this occured when you hit enter
from within a text input field. That doesn't submit the form in Netscape 4
so the writer assumed it was an IE problem.

However, Mozilla, Netscape 6, and possibly Opera have that functionality so
it is definately NOT an IE-specific problem anymore.
