You must have somehow got to know how to subscribe, why not going there
and read how to unsubscribe? Each mail from this list contains the
following two headers:

  List-Help: <http://www.w3.org/Mail/>
  List-Unsubscribe: <mailto:www-html-request@w3.org?subject=unsubscribe>

Read http://www.w3.org/Mail/ and send a mail to
www-html-request@w3.org?subject=unsubscribe with the word 'unsubscribe'
in the subject.
