frame

Dear programmers,
i have a question for you:

i write a html page with two horizzontal frame with dark background; when i
see the page with netscape navigator 4.x there is a small white line that
divide the frames, i don't want this line.

which tag i need to use in FRAME and FRAMESET specification to delete this
white line?
