Please! Stop crossposting

Many subscribe to both of these lists. Except when trying to apply style
to table elements, redundancy is a Bad Thing.

Consider this quote:

"In order to keep the noise level on the mailing lists low and the 
quality high, it is very important that you carefully read the purpose 
of each mailing lists and select one list only for your mail. Do not
cross post mails to multiple mailing lists!"
