Subject: INPUT:readonly -- for text and passwd --

Updating our program to have the newest tags/parameters I noticed the
following probable small error in the DTD:

readonly (readonly) #IMPLIED -- for text and passwd --

What readonly means seems fairly clear, but the comment for it seems
incorrect, especially considering that if the password field is all
*'s, how does it help for it to be readonly?
