Some browsers support <link> tags; I'm sure other types of UAs like 
robots and spiders do as well.  In the meantime I use them in pages I 
maintain or write, commonly:

    rev=Made for the maker/generator of the page
    rev=Owns for the owner of the page
    rev=X-Maintains for the site maintainer
    rel=X-See-Also for related (w/no clear hierachy) documents
