Well, no, it isn't standardized.  The existence of the REL and REV
attributes is standardized, but the semantics of specific values of
those attributes is not.  Without that, you haven't really addressed the
problem.

A more valid and useful tag was the explain one submited earlier in 
this discussion! It was much better and easier to use!!!
