Some talk of this came up very recently, but I can't remember which 
mail-list/newsgroup I read it in!

Netscape, and maybe others, can handle arguments to mailto: for header info
with arguments like:

	mailto:chuck@pipex.net?subject=hello%20there

Bodyparts can't be specified this way (yet), but this can be done through forms 
and message/rfc822 bodyparts.
