RE: Good Book/Document?

In response to John Foulds' question about HTML documentation, I just
received a copy of HTML Sourcebook written by Ian S. Graham.

I haven't had a chance to read any of it, but the Table of Contents
includes: Intro to HTML, HTML in Detail, URLs, HTTP Protocol and the
Common Gateway Interface, HTML and CGI Tools, HTML Editors and
Document Translators, Web Browsers and Helper Applications, and HTTP
Servers and Server Utilities.

The book is introductory level and apparently covers most of the
major platforms, browsers and servers. It is published by John
Wiley & Sons, Inc. The ISBN is 0-471-11849-4.
