A few days ago there was a brief discussion of the new TABLE element: really just some comments that NCSA (and I believe SoftQuad) were working on it, and that it had changed somewhat from the HTML+ specifications as archived on the CERN server. Is there documentation available on the new proposed implementation? I would be very interested to know what is coming down the pipe. On this same topic, are the CERN HTML+ documents the most up-to-date, or are there additional discussion papers available on-line?
