[XHTML 1.1 Proposed Recommendation 11 June 2008] Invalid or out of date references

I'm forwarding two editorial comments collected around the review of
XHTML 1.1:

Please update the normative Reference to use XML 4th edition instead of
3rd

In informative reference, please correct "[XFORMS]
Need real reference text here" to a real reference.
