Form feed character in XHTML document

In 3.2 User Agent Conformance in XHTML[tm] 1.0, it is said that Form
feed (&#x000C;) is considerd as a white space in XHTML. If XHTML is
conforming to XML, then form feed character shouldn't be included in
the text. See http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-xml#charsets.

Actually many XML processor will bomb if you include &#x000C; in a
document.
